Products
We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, colours may appear differently on different screens, and fabric texture cannot be fully conveyed in photographs.
Handloom, hand-block printed, and hand-embroidered pieces may carry small variations in colour, weave, or motif placement. These are characteristics of handmade work.
Product measurements may vary by up to one inch due to the nature of stitching and fabric.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
We may cancel an order if:
- The item is out of stock
- We are unable to verify the payment
- The delivery address is outside our service area
- We suspect fraudulent activity
If we cancel your order, we will refund the full amount paid.
Payment
We accept payment through Razorpay — UPI, credit cards, debit cards, and net banking.
Orders are processed only after payment is confirmed. If a payment fails but an amount is debited from your account, it is normally reversed by your bank within 5–7 working days. Please contact us if it is not.
Coupons & Offers
Discount coupons are subject to the conditions stated at the time of the offer, including minimum order value, validity period, and usage limits.
Coupons cannot be combined unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to withdraw an offer at any time, and to cancel orders where a coupon has been misused.

All photographs, designs, text, and the Thanmayi Couture name and logo on this website belong to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

We may suspend access to any user who misuses the website.
Reviews & Content
