Frequently asked
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days within Andhra Pradesh and 5–7 working days elsewhere in India. You'll receive tracking details by email once your order ships.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. If something isn't right, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Do you offer custom sizing or alterations?
Message us on WhatsApp with your measurements before ordering and we'll let you know what's possible. Alterations are handled in store.
Is everything online also available in store?
Most of it, yes. Stock moves quickly, so if you've seen something specific here, call or message us before visiting and we'll set it aside for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, all major credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets. Cash and UPI are both accepted in store.
How do I know a colour will look the same in person?
Screens vary, so shades can look slightly different in real life. If you'd like extra photos in natural light before ordering, message us on WhatsApp and we'll send them.
