We ship across India. Every order is packed with care at our studio and dispatched through trusted courier partners.

Dispatch Time
Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days of payment confirmation.
For made-to-order or customised pieces, dispatch may take 7–10 working days. We will inform you if your order needs extra time.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.

These are estimates. Delivery may take longer during festival seasons, or due to weather, strikes, or other conditions beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will share the tracking details with you by email or WhatsApp. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Delivery Address
Please double-check your address and phone number before placing the order. We are not able to change the delivery address once the parcel has been dispatched.
If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was available to receive it, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery charges will apply.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly torn, wet, or tampered with, please do not accept it. If you have already accepted it, take a photograph before opening and contact us within 24 hours.
